Park Creative Studio teamed up with Sephora to bring the magic of the holiday season to life with the “In the Air” pop-up experience at eight flagship locations across Canada. This immersive activation aimed to captivate customers, drive sales of holiday gift sets, and strengthen brand connections. The challenge? To transform the festive spirit into a visually stunning, multi-branded space that not only enchanted shoppers but also offered a seamless “grab and go” gifting experience amid the holiday hustle.

Our creative vision was rooted in crafting an elegant atmosphere that animated Sephora’s holiday icons and gift guide, embodying the wonder of the season. The design showcased floating installations—oversized, exploding gift boxes and cascading ribbons—that created a playful illusion of holiday cheer suspended in mid-air. Sleek fabric displays highlighted Sephora’s exclusive holiday products, inviting customers to engage and explore. This thoughtful blend of visual spectacle and functional design delivered a shopping experience that was both quick and memorable.

Positioned in high-traffic locations like Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, and Edmonton, the pop-up drew in crowds with its velvety textures and floating installations. These eye-catching elements not only enhanced the in-store shopping experience but also created buzz across social media, making the pop-up a must-visit for beauty enthusiasts during the holiday season.

The results were as dazzling as the pop-up itself—significant boosts in foot traffic, increased sales of Sephora’s exclusive holiday products, and an outpouring of positive feedback from customers who loved the elevated yet accessible vibe.
