Skin pHitness Pop-Up at Sephora
Concept: “Meet Your Personal Trainers for Skin pHitness”
Park Creative Studio partnered with Drunk Elephant and Sephora to create a bold, fitness-inspired retail experience, spotlighting the brand’s best-selling moisturizers. Activated at eight Sephora flagship locations across Canada, the pop-up transformed skincare discovery into a dynamic workout-themed journey. Shoppers were invited to step into the power zone and “meet their personal trainers for skin pHitness,” with each moisturizer positioned as an essential part of a skincare workout routine—targeting hydration, strength, and repair.
The interactive design brought the fitness-meets-skincare concept to life with pulley cable machines, yoga blocks, and weightlifting bars—each creatively showcasing Protini, Lala, and Bora moisturizers. Beauty studios, staffed with expert skincare “coaches,” provided personalized consultations and product recommendations, enhancing the customer experience. Glowing neon signage, vibrant product displays, and engaging touchpoints made product discovery effortless, exciting, and undeniably shareable.
This immersive pop-up transformed traditional beauty merchandising, blending storytelling, product education, and photo-ready brand moments into an experience that connected with customers in a fresh, memorable way. By seamlessly integrating dynamic design with hands-on engagement, the activation amplified Drunk Elephant’s brand identity and drove moisturizer sales—proving that skincare can be as fun as it is effective.
