As the clean makeup movement gains momentum, it has become one of the fastest-growing segments in the beauty market. Driven by consumer demand for transparency, sustainability, and efficacy, this trend is set for significant growth. Yet, many customers remain unaware of the wide array of clean makeup products available at Sephora. The Clean Pop-Up aimed to bridge this awareness gap, positioning Sephora Canada as the go-to destination for clean makeup.
Park Creative Studio was tasked with creating an engaging, immersive environment—from concept to reality—to showcase Sephora’s trendy and extensive clean makeup assortment, spark excitement, drive discovery, and boost sales at flagship locations.
Inspired by the theme "Blue Sky's Ahead," the pop-up embodied the promise and uplifting ethos of clean beauty brands in a dreamy, cloud-inspired space. A brilliant blue sky backdrop, whimsical 3D acrylic clouds, vibrant neon lights, and an interactive TikTok screen created a playful educational moment. Clear acrylic pedestals showcased “floating” clean products, symbolizing transparency and that these brands have nothing to hide, while under-lit fixtures and colourful signage guided discovery to each clean product category. This custom concept struck a chord with Sephora’s audience—clean beauty devotees and millennials on the hunt for top-tier, artistic brands—mixing modernity with a sense of retail adventure.
The result? The clean pop-up was a resounding success, significantly enhancing Sephora’s brand image as a leader in clean beauty. The immersive design fostered deep customer engagement, awareness, and product discovery, driving a substantial increase in clean beauty sales.
