They've spent over 25 years in the Laneige Labs studying Water Science™. Why water? Because they know that the secret to great skin is hydrated skin.

To seamlessly bridge this narrative from the vibrant streets of Seoul to Canada, LANEIGE teamed up with Park Creative Studio to bring its latest brand experience to life.

Our mission? Immerse retail shoppers in the refreshing world of Korean beauty through 8 hydration-centric pop-ups, highlighting the brand's marquee Water Bank Collection at flagship Sephora locations nationwide.

The strategy was clear. Despite the global popularity of LANEIGE'S famous lip care classics, a considerable opportunity awaited to broaden the brand spotlight in Sephora and introduce new and old customers to their complete product line, showcasing the entire spectrum of LANEIGE excellence.

From concept and design to the build and installation, we crafted a playful narrative, brand experience, and consumer journey, positioning LANEIGE as the ultimate authority in skin hydration at Sephora. Stepping into the pop-ups was like entering a watery realm, where every detail echoed the essence of hydration. Guided by the serene ripple effect on the floor, custom gondolas featuring the iconic duo of product lines, and mini swimming pool fixtures, shoppers explored a curated collection of skincare products designed to hydrate and rejuvenate.

The month-long pop-up made a splash in the Canadian market, with shoppers eagerly immersing themselves in the depths of the hydration experience. The result? Elevated local brand awareness, increased sales, and captivated a new audience for the Korean skincare leader north of the border. LANEIGE not only entered the Canadian beauty scene, they had made a lasting impression, leaving a wave of admiration and a trail of refreshed, hydrated skin in their wake.
