A retail beauty ‘lab’ pop-up at Sephora stores

The Ordinary is a Canadian beauty brand that offers luxury skin treatments at affordable prices.

They're known for their beautiful social media posts, high-quality products that work, and transparency in an industry that (usually) wants you to think more expensive products are better. This has resulted in them becoming the go-to brand around the world and at Sephora for budget-friendly skin care products that address every skin issue under the sun.

We took their clinical brand identity and added some fun to create 'labs' across the nation at flagship Sephora stores. It featured custom product tables, pedestals, gondolas, linears, 360-degree vinyl wraps, and a beautiful illuminated "O" display that lived in front of high-traffic windows. The labs helped draw customers into the space to learn about The Ordinary's best-selling products, answer all their skincare questions, and help them find what formulas work best for them.
